We are a growing sleeving, co\-pack, and fulfilment business supporting a diverse range of FMCG and e\-commerce clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse \& Fulfilment Manager to lead our warehouse, fulfilment, and logistics operations.
This is a hands\-on leadership role responsible for warehouse performance, fulfilment operations, stock control, transport coordination, and servicing production operations. You will also oversee systems including Mintsoft, Shopify, and Nulogy (or similar warehouse management systems), ensuring operational efficiency and customer service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day\-to\-day warehouse and fulfilment operations
- Oversee stock control, goods in/out, and inventory accuracy
- Ensure production is supplied with materials to meet schedules
- Coordinate transport and courier activity
- Utilise Mintsoft, Shopify, and warehouse management systems effectively
- Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams
- Drive process improvements, efficiency, and service performance
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance
- Proven warehouse and fulfilment management experience
- Experience with Mintsoft, Shopify, Nulogy, or similar warehouse management systems
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced operational environment
- Forklift licence preferred
- Experience within fulfilment, co\-pack, logistics, or FMCG environments desirable
