Warehouse & Operations Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: WS11
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established distributor of mobile phones, accessories, and consumer electronics. They are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join their growing team in a varied Warehouse & Operations Administrator role.
This position combines hands-on warehouse duties with administration responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Receiving and booking stock into the warehouse system
- Processing customer returns and recording returned items accurately
- Inspecting returned products, identifying faults, and documenting findings
- Processing refunds and credits where appropriate
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty claims and refunds
- Maintaining accurate stock and returns records
- Supporting the team with general administration duties
- Ensuring warehouse and work areas remain organised and efficient
- Previous warehouse, logistics, stock control, or administration experience preferred
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term career prospects
