Ward Manager – Charity Organisation
<p style="text-align: justify;">Liquid Personnel is looking for a passionate and experienced Ward Manager to lead our client's Charity Organisation based in York. <br>This is a brilliant opportunity for an RMN or RNLD with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In this role, you will,</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Provide clinical and operational leadership across the ward</li>
<li>Act as a role model for evidence-based, person-centred care</li>
<li>Lead on admission and discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Manage staffing, training, and development</li>
<li>Ensure safeguarding and risk management protocols are followed</li>
<li>Promote a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>RMN or RNLD qualification with current NMC registration</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act</li>
<li>Proven experience managing a ward or large team</li>
<li>Ability to lead, inspire, and communicate effectively</li>
<li>Mentorship in Practice (MIP) qualification or willingness to undertake</li>
<li>Enhanced DBS clearance</li>
</ul>
