We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who combines operational excellence, leadership, and a strong sense of hospitality to lead our restaurant operations with confidence and vision.
Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and in\-room dining areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. Working closely with the Food \& Beverage Director, this role is responsible for leading and developing the team, maintaining elevated service and sanitation standards, and driving a culture of excellence, collaboration, and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations \& Service Excellence
- Oversee day\-to\-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain exceptional service, hygiene, and presentation standards across all outlets.
- Support the floor team during peak service periods and high\-demand operations.
- Monitor service flow and guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver high\-level performance.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and guest\-focused work environment.
- Identify training needs and support continuous learning and development.
- Ensure employees understand service expectations, procedures, and brand standards.
- Create a warm, engaging, and elevated hospitality experience for every guest.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Build guest loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Continuously drive guest satisfaction and service improvement initiatives.
- Support departmental financial performance through cost awareness and operational efficiency.
- Monitor staffing levels, productivity, purchasing, and daily operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
- Recognize quality products and maintain high presentation standards.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or luxury hospitality Food \& Beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement.
- Ability to perform in a fast\-paced, high\-energy environment.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
