Labhouse is a Barcelona\-based startup studio building AI\-powered mobile apps used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. Our products — including Invoice Fly and Summary AI — are designed to make everyday tasks faster, smarter, and simpler through a subscription model that puts the user first.
We were founded by Andrés Bou and Horacio Martos, the duo behind SocialPoint (acquired by Take\-Two Interactive), and we operate with the mindset of a product company: small teams, high ownership, and a relentless focus on building things that matter.
We are building the next generation of consumer apps powered by AI, and we are looking for a VP of Growth to own the growth engine across our entire portfolio.

About the Role

As VP of Growth, you will lead the full growth strategy across Labhouse's portfolio of apps, reporting directly to the Co\-CEO. You will own the Growth org — currently composed of the Performance Marketing team — and work hand\-in\-hand with the Creative and Product teams to scale multiple apps profitably.
What you'll do:
-------------------
- Define and execute the growth strategy across all Labhouse apps
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Performance Marketing team
- Own the full UA budget (8\-figure annual spend) across Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks and emerging channels
- Drive ROAS, LTV/CAC, payback periods and overall growth efficiency at the portfolio level
- Partner with Creative to build a high\-velocity creative testing engine
- Partner with Product to align acquisition, monetization, and retention strategies
- Build the reporting, attribution and experimentation frameworks that allow us to scale with confidence
- Identify and unlock new growth channels as we expand the portfolio

Academic background:
------------------------
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or a related field. A strong quantitative foundation is a plus.

- 8\+ years in growth/performance marketing roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions
- Proven track record scaling consumer mobile apps from 0 to meaningful revenue
- Hands\-on experience managing performance marketing budgets of at least $1M/month
- Deep, hands\-on expertise across Meta, Google (UAC), TikTok and ad networks — you don't need to execute day\-to\-day, but you can, and you go deep into the detail when needed
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava), SKAdNetwork and the post\-ATT landscape
- Subscription app experience is strongly preferred
- Data\-driven mindset: comfortable building cohort analyses, LTV models, and unit economics from scratch
- Strong leadership and team\-building skills

- Fluent English (working language at Labhouse)
- Ability to translate complex growth dynamics into clear narratives
- Comfortable challenging and being challenged

- Experience with AI\-powered creative production workflows
- Background scaling multiple apps in parallel (portfolio approach)
- Spanish is a plus
