Volunteer Social Media & Street Promotion

Sphen Impact CIC is looking for an energetic, confident and passionate volunteer to help promote our work through social media and street\-based content.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about inclusion, disability awareness and creating opportunities for people who may feel excluded from traditional fitness spaces.

What you’ll be doing

• Helping promote Sphen Impact content on social media


• Sharing upcoming videos, campaigns and community projects


• Joining us on street interview days


• Confidently approaching members of the public


• Helping explain what our campaigns are about


• Supporting interview questions such as “What does fitness mean to you?”


• Helping keep filming days upbeat, organised and engaging


• Encouraging people to follow and engage with Sphen Impact online


• Helping capture occasional behind\-the\-scenes content

• Confident speaking to new people


• Friendly, approachable and positive


• Comfortable working in busy public environments


• Interested in social media, fitness and community projects


• Reliable and willing to get involved

No professional experience is required. Personality, confidence and a genuine belief in what Sphen Impact stands for are more important.

This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in social media promotion, street interviewing and community content while supporting a growing Community Interest Company.
