We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volunteer Assistant to support our organisation's initiatives and community outreach programmes. Duties

• Assist in the planning and execution of community outreach events and fundraising activities.


• Support project management tasks by coordinating schedules, resources, and volunteer efforts.


• Educate community members about public health initiatives and available resources.


• Supervise volunteers during events to ensure smooth operations and provide guidance as needed.


• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content to market our programmes and events.


• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and maintaining volunteer schedules.


• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for effective community engagement.

• Previous experience in public health or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of volunteers.


• Excellent project management skills with an organised approach to task completion.


• Proficient in social media management and marketing techniques to enhance outreach efforts.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate diverse audiences.
