What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager with previous retail mobile experience to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
What will you be doing?
\- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
\- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and profitability
\- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand
\- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance
\- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
\- Uphold health and safety regulations within the store environment
Skills
\- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
\- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, staff, and suppliers
\- Proven experience in sales management and retail operations
\- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively
\- Organisational skills to maintain efficient store operations
\- Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: £33,000\.00 per year
