<p><span data-contrast="none">The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales & maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The Visual Lead will work closely with Operations & Visual Managers in initiating, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations. </span><span data-contrast="none">Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
