A day in the Life:
- Execute Visual inspection operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to implement world\-class manufacturing practices.
- Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment.
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing role.
- Experience in sterile manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
