We're looking for caring and reliable Visiting Carers to join our growing team supporting clients across Bracknell, Wokingham and Reading.

What You'll Be Doing
Every client is different, which means every day brings something new.
You'll provide person\-centred care and support tailored to each individual's needs, including:
✔ Personal care delivered with dignity and compassion
✔ Medication support and reminders
✔ Preparing meals and supporting daily routines
✔ Companionship and emotional support
✔ Mobility assistance and household help
✔ Encouraging independence and community engagement
For many clients, you'll become one of the most important parts of their day.
Working Pattern
We operate a simple and predictable rota:
4 days on, 2 days off
Available shifts:
- 7:00am \- 2:00pm
- 3:00pm \- 10:00pm
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who genuinely care about helping others.

✔ Positive, professional attitude
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
✔ Right to work in the UK
