This position is based in Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands, and reports to the Head of Service for the Netherlands and Belgium.

Tasks and Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for leading and further developing our service organization.

The following tasks and responsibilities can be expected:

• Lead, coach, and develop service teams


• Drive operational performance, KPIs, and budget management


• Ensure high standards in quality, safety, and compliance


• Improve service processes and operational efficiency


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Your profile

The successful candidate has:

• Proven leadership experience within a service, technical or operations environment


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Customer\-focused and results\-driven mindset


• Experience with performance management and process optimization


• Fluent in Dutch and English

On a personal level, we expect you to be a proactive and positive leader with a ‘can\-do’ attitude. You are detail\-oriented and structured, yet able to keep the bigger picture in focus, and you continuously seek opportunities to develop yourself and your team.
