DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Delivery:

• Manage end\-to\-end project lifecycles, including scope definition, planning, execution, testing, and implementation.


• Ensure delivery is aligned with CACI’s strategic roadmap, partner expectations, and regulatory standards.


• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Stakeholder \& Partner Management

• Lead engagement with international banking and financial services partners, including coordination with European Distribution partners \& TPAs.


• Liaise with internal departments (Compliance, Risk, Data, Operations, Finance, IT) to ensure smooth delivery.


• Act as the central point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and aligned goals.

Governance \& Reporting

• Lead project governance processes including steering committees, stakeholder updates, and risk management for assigned projects.


• Monitor and report on progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues where necessary.


• Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date project documentation and financial tracking.

Training \& Change Management

• Coordinate training and onboarding activities for new tools, products, and partner implementations.


• Support change management initiatives across the business to ensure adoption and readiness.

Formation / Spécialisation
Qualified project manager (Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree) and/or relevant experience in project management (1\-2 years)

Experience in working on projects through the full delivery cycle (from project concept to closing, Waterfall or Agile)
Niveau d'expérience minimum
0 \- 2 ans

Compétences recherchées

+Excellent communication both written and verbal, team player

+Experience with client facing role an advantage

+Proficiency with Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel \- Jira an advantage

+Languages

French and English fluency required \- Other language an advantage (Italian preferred)
