DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Delivery:
- Manage end\-to\-end project lifecycles, including scope definition, planning, execution, testing, and implementation.
- Ensure delivery is aligned with CACI’s strategic roadmap, partner expectations, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
- Lead engagement with international banking and financial services partners, including coordination with European Distribution partners \& TPAs.
- Liaise with internal departments (Compliance, Risk, Data, Operations, Finance, IT) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Act as the central point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and aligned goals.
- Lead project governance processes including steering committees, stakeholder updates, and risk management for assigned projects.
- Monitor and report on progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues where necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date project documentation and financial tracking.
- Coordinate training and onboarding activities for new tools, products, and partner implementations.
- Support change management initiatives across the business to ensure adoption and readiness.

Formation / Spécialisation
Qualified project manager (Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree) and/or relevant experience in project management (1\-2 years)
Experience in working on projects through the full delivery cycle (from project concept to closing, Waterfall or Agile)
Niveau d'expérience minimum

Compétences recherchées
+Excellent communication both written and verbal, team player
+Experience with client facing role an advantage
+Proficiency with Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel \- Jira an advantage
+Languages French and English fluency required \- Other language an advantage (Italian preferred)
