Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU \+ Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28\. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Friedrichsdorf based in Germany belongs to BRAIN Division . We are looking for a VIE Industrial Engineer for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You lead the industrialisation of the new and serial projects in assembly area


• You improve the production efficiency (machine robustness) in your perimeter


• You capitalise and share the know\-how of industrial processes in his domain


• You are doing the follow\-up with costs and timing new equipment and new lines including specification, design, validation, pre\-acceptance and acceptance in plant for serial production

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Engineering


• You already have experience in Industrial Engineering (ideally in the automotive field)


• You have a fluent level of English


• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open\-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking


• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
