Accountabilities:

  • Edit raw footage into high-quality final video deliverables, including color correction, sound design, pacing, transitions, and visual enhancement.

  • Produce a wide range of content such as promotional videos, ads, tutorials, explainers, and brand storytelling assets.

  • Create platform-optimized short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with correct formatting and engagement-driven structure.

  • Edit full podcast episodes with synchronized audio/video, applying noise reduction, mixing, leveling, and multi-camera editing techniques.

  • Develop podcast highlights, teasers, trailers, intros/outros, and branded episodic elements to maximize content reach and retention.

  • Design motion graphics, animations, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Build reusable motion templates and visual systems to streamline production workflows.

  • Produce AI-assisted video content using generative tools, AI avatars, voice generation, automated captions, and smart editing pipelines.

  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips optimized for performance and audience engagement.

  • Collaborate on concept development, scripting, and storyboarding with creative and marketing teams.

  • Manage file organization, media workflows, and asset libraries to ensure efficient production pipelines.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on exports, ensuring technical accuracy, platform compliance, and brand consistency.

Requirements


  • 4–5 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related creative production roles.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video storytelling, editing, and motion design across multiple formats.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Experience with motion design and animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics.

  • Hands-on experience producing content optimized for social media platforms and digital-first distribution.

  • Solid knowledge of sound design, including mixing, leveling, EQ, compression, and audio cleanup.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered video production tools and workflows (AI video generation, avatars, voice tools, and automation).

  • Experience in podcast editing and repurposing long-form content into short-form high-retention clips.

  • Basic understanding of photography and videography, including lighting, framing, lenses, and camera systems.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback in a collaborative creative environment.

  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to ideation and content innovation.
