An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Further Education leader to join a successful college as Vice Principal - Student Experience.
Reporting directly to the Principal & CEO, you will provide strategic leadership across curriculum, quality, student experience, student support services and management information systems, ensuring outstanding outcomes for learners and stakeholders alike.
This is a key Executive Leadership Team position with responsibility for driving continuous improvement, enhancing the learner journey and shaping the strategic direction of the college.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across curriculum, quality and student experience.
- Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Oversee Student Support Services, Safeguarding and Prevent responsibilities.
- Provide leadership for MIS and learner data functions.
- Drive improvements in learner achievement, retention and progression.
- Develop productive relationships with employers, schools, universities and external partners.
- Support the delivery of the college's strategic objectives and growth ambitions.
Senior leadership experience within Further Education
Experience leading curriculum and quality functions
Strong understanding of safeguarding, Prevent and student support services
Proven record of improving learner outcomes
Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills
Teaching qualification and degree-level education (or equivalent)
