We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Client Service to join our Client Operations \& Reporting team. This role is located in London, UK.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Play a key role in ensuring exceptional client service within the Client Operations \& Reporting function.


• Support operational excellence and client satisfaction by developing and implementing strategies that improve client interactions and streamline operations.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational principles by maintaining and applying relevant knowledge and practices.

Deliver high\-quality service and support the business’s growth objectives by using expertise in client operations as an individual contributor.

• To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.


• Experience in client service, client operations, or a related area.


• Experience developing and implementing service strategies and improving operational processes.


• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.

People leadership experience, if applicable.
