Veterinary Surgeon
New Graduate Veterinary Surgeron Wanted for a small independent practice in Wishaw.
We are an exciting young small group of vets with three clinics in Scotland, we are looking for Veterinary Surgeon to join our team; pay will be looked at after probation period ends.
The successful candidates will have a passion for animal care and a strong commitment to providing the best possible care for our patients.
We are offering permanent opportunities for full time veterinary surgeon. Ideally the candidate must be comfortable with sole charge.
Our practices are purpose built and well equipped, offering varied surgical/medical caseload.
Your schedule will include a rotated Saturday rota but no Out of Hours work.
The practice is located in Wishaw.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating a wide range of animal health conditions.
- Performing surgeries and other procedures as required (training will be provided)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their pets.
- Staying up\-to\-date with the latest veterinary technologies and techniques.
- Participating in continuous education and training programs to further develop your skills and knowledge.
- A degree in veterinary medicine from a recognised university.
- Registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
