Veterinary Receptionist
Please only apply if you have previous experience working in a busy receptionist role, either in the Veterinary sector or a similar field \- this role is for an experienced receptionist.
Role:
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with team to deliver high standards of patient and client care ensuring a positive client and patient journey
You will ensure that:
· The reception is run efficiently
· Clients are dealt with professionally
· Phone calls, enquires and emails are dealt with in a timely manner
· Assist with invoicing and maintenance of accounts
· Support the clinical team with smooth day‑to‑day operations
· Maintain a tidy and efficient reception environment
You will work 37\.5 hours per week across Monday \- Friday, on a shift pattern between the hours of 8:30 am and 7:00 pm, with a 1\-hour unpaid lunch break.
