Veterinary Care Assistant

We are looking for a caring, animal loving and friendly individual to join our team as an veterinary care assistant. You will work alongside our expanding team of 7 veterinary surgeons, 11 registered veterinary nurses, 3 student veterinary nurses and 3 auxiliary nurses to provide vital nursing care within our thriving first opinion practice.

Previous experience in a veterinary environment is not essential, but previous experience is advantageous.

Vet’s Klinic Swindon is a state\-of\-the\-art veterinary practice offering the very highest
standards of pet care at affordable prices. As well as the very latest clinical facilities
including digital x\-ray, ultrasound, in\-house laboratory, dental suite and advanced
anesthetic monitoring, the practice also features some unique facilities including a
glass fronted prep room as well as secure online access to pets’ medical records
which feature photos and videos as well as all the vet’s clinical notes.

• The role will be 40 hours per week spread across 4 days, Monday to Friday, as a mix of 8am\-5pm, 10am\-7pm or 8am\-8pm


• You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am\-2pm

Pay: Up to £26,300\.00 per year
