With exciting growth plans ahead, we're looking for an exceptional Venue General Manager to lead our newest location at Orion Plaza.

This is an opportunity to take ownership, build a strong team culture, drive performance, and make a genuine impact on the success of one of our newest venues.

As Venue General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the venue, leading from the front to deliver exceptional experiences for both guests and team members.

You'll balance people leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and community engagement to ensure the venue consistently performs at its best.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Leading Great PeopleBuild, coach and develop a high\-performing team

Create a positive and engaging workplace culture

Recruit and retain outstanding talent

Delivering Operational ExcellenceEnsure exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint

Maintain high standards across quality, cleanliness, safety and presentation

Drive consistency and operational efficiency across all areas of the business

Driving PerformanceManage labour costs, COGS and venue profitability

Analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth

Take ownership of venue results and business outcomes

Connecting with the CommunityBuild meaningful local relationships around Orion Plaza

Support community initiatives, partnerships and events

Help grow brand awareness and create lasting guest connections

Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or another fast\-paced customer\-focused environment

Strong financial acumen, including labour management, budgets, COGS and P\&L responsibility

Excellent communication and coaching skills

A proactive, hands\-on leadership style
