DUO is a 350\-capacity standing venue based in Clapham, London, operating as a multi\-purpose entertainment, nightlife and social venue.

The venue hosts:

  • nightlife events

  • branded experiences

  • brunches

  • music events

  • community events

  • wellness and fitness concepts

  • private hires

  • creator and cultural experiences
DUO also operates as a bar and social venue during the day with food service available.

We are building DUO into a culture\-driven entertainment and community hub with a strong focus on events, content, hospitality and in\-house brands.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Venue \& Brand Growth Manager to help oversee and grow DUO’s event calendar, partnerships and in\-house concepts.

A major part of this role is:

  • filling the weekly venue calendar

  • booking promoters and external events into the venue

  • building and growing in\-house concepts

  • helping maximise venue revenue and utilisation

  • ensuring DUO stays commercially active throughout the week
This role is ideal for someone who understands nightlife, hospitality, social culture, events and community building.

We are looking for someone with strong energy, organisation and commercial thinking who wants to help build exciting brands and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Venue Programming \& Calendar Management

  • Fill and manage DUO’s weekly event calendar

  • Book promoters and external event organisers into the venue

  • Build relationships with DJs, promoters, brands and event organisers

  • Help maximise venue bookings and revenue

  • Coordinate venue partnerships and opportunities

  • Ensure smooth event operations and customer experience
In\-House Event Development

A major responsibility of this role is helping build and grow DUO’s in\-house concepts and brands including:

  • Rhythm \& Sweat

  • Rnbholics

  • UKGBingo

  • brunch events

  • community experiences

  • creator\-led concepts
Responsibilities include:
  • helping develop and improve event concepts

  • increasing attendance and repeat customers

  • building community around the brands

  • helping drive ticket sales and awareness

  • supporting long\-term brand growth
Content \& Social Coordination
  • Coordinate content capture during events

  • Work with videographers and content creators

  • Help create ideas for TikTok, Instagram and reels

  • Ensure events are visually marketable and social\-media friendly

  • Support community and influencer outreach
Community \& Venue Growth
  • Help grow customer databases

  • Build repeat customer communities

  • Support partnerships and collaborations

  • Help improve customer experience and venue reputation

  • Assist with marketing initiatives and promotions

Requirements

  • able to work evenings/weekends when required

  • experienced in events, nightlife, hospitality or brand/community management
