Venture Manager BioTech (m/f/d) Healthcare
Published September 15, 2026
The TUM Venture Labs are a joint initiative of UnternehmerTUM and the Technical University of Munich (TUM). At TUM Venture Lab Healthcare, we support science\- and clinic\-driven venture creation in Digital Health, MedTech, and BioTech — from the first idea to investment readiness. We combine entrepreneurial excellence with scientific rigor and a strong network across academia, industry, and the investor community.
Our BioTech team works at the interface of life sciences and entrepreneurship. We scout promising researchers early, often years before a startup exists, and support them from the first idea in the lab to a fundable venture — with hands\-on coaching, access to BioTech lab space, and a large network across the national and international BioTech community.
For this team, we are looking for a Venture Manager BioTech to join our team in Munich who takes ownership of our BioTech venture pipeline and sciencepreneurship activities. You identify and build relationships with promising researchers and startups, support them on their path from research to market, and help shape how TUM Venture Lab Healthcare engages with the BioTech ecosystem.
