Tasks
---------

You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development and our founder on further scaling Gauder and enabling levers for future growth.

• Identify Growth Levers: Scout and analyze new product categories, international markets, and sales channels to validate and unlock major expansion potential.


• Drive Project Ownership: Take full 0\-to\-1 ownership of high\-impact growth projects, coordinating execution across teams (e.g. Supply Chain, Marketing, Product).


• Deliver Strategic Insights: Deep\-dive into global sales and portfolio data, creating essential reports and forecasts that serve as the foundation for management decision\-making.


• Optimize Commercial Performance: Analyze portfolio performance across channels and countries, providing actionable strategies to immediately maximize revenue and profitability.

Requirements
----------------

Must\-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, economics, or a related field.


• Fluent in German (C1\) and English (C1\), both written and spoken.


• Proven Analytical Skills \- Confident working with large datasets/spreadsheets to draw clear, actionable conclusions.


• Structured approach to problem\-solving and strong communication skills.


• Hands\-on, proactive, and curious – you don’t wait to be told what to do and think one step ahead.

Highly Valued (Bonus Points)

• Relevant experience from consulting, finance, startups, e\-commerce, or other business related fields.


• Knowledge of other languages.
