- Monday to Friday work schedule with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

- Maintain excellent customer service standards to foster trust and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate closely with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless operations
- Assist fellow Technicians by sharing knowledge and supporting complex repairs
- Keep accurate service records and complete all work within set timeframes
- NVQ Level 3 qualification as a Technician is essential
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive repairs
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
