What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different.

You'll be working on a huge variety of makes and models carrying out:

• Vehicle servicing and maintenance.


• Advanced diagnostics and fault finding.


• Electrical and electronic repairs.


• Engine management diagnostics.


• Hybrid and Electric Vehicle repairs.


• Cambelt, timing belt and timing chain replacement.


• Clutches and major mechanical repairs.


• MOT repairs and preparation.


• Steering, suspension and braking repairs.


• Air conditioning servicing.


• Wheel alignment and geometry.


• ADAS diagnosis and calibration (training provided).


• Welding and fabrication where required.


• Road testing and quality control inspections.


• Digital Vehicle Health Checks.

As your experience grows, you'll have opportunities to mentor apprentices and develop into senior technical and leadership roles.

Essential

• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance \& Repair.


• Previous experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician.


• Good diagnostic ability.


• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

• MOT Tester Licence.


• Hybrid \& Electric Vehicle qualification.


• Bosch diagnostic experience.


• Dealer experience.


• Welding experience.


• ADAS experience.
