Duties

• Identify and evaluate potential vehicle sources through market research, dealer networks, and industry contacts to secure the best deals.


• Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers, ensuring favorable conditions while maintaining quality standards.


• Manage end\-to\-end vehicle procurement processes using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP, Oracle E\-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), or similar platforms to streamline sourcing activities.


• Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements to ensure timely delivery of vehicles while minimizing costs and delays.


• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, supplier communications, and purchase agreements within ERP systems for transparency and audit readiness.


• Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to forecast vehicle demand, optimize inventory levels, and support overall fleet management strategies.


• Stay informed about market trends, vehicle pricing fluctuations, and industry regulations to make proactive sourcing decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vehicle sourcing or automotive purchasing within a fast\-paced environment.


• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms from suppliers.


• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or other supply chain management software.


• Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes related to vehicle procurement.


• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with dealers, suppliers, and internal teams.


• Ability to analyze market data and leverage industry insights for strategic sourcing decisions.


• Familiarity with automotive industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
