<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p>You’ll split your time between two key areas - Vehicle Operations and Customer Service - making every rental smooth, safe, and memorable.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Fleet Delivery Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are clean and ready for hire and sales. You will check over vehicles for damage, safety issues and basic under bonnet checks.</p>

<li><strong>Vehicle Operations: Keep the Fleet Adventure-Ready</strong>
<ul>
<li>Clean campervans and motorhomes interiors and exteriors to our high standards</li>
<li>Prepare, equip, and double-check each van before it heads out</li>
<li>Carry out inspections and keep accurate condition reports</li>
<li>Maintain equipment, extras, and consumables at the depot</li>
<li>Operational stock management</li>
<li>Move, park, and organise vehicles like a pro</li>
<li>Opening and closing of depot responsibilities on a rota basis</li>
<li>Assist with end of day lock up procedure</li>

<li data-start="133" data-end="309">Liaise with customers via phone and email to schedule pick-ups</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309">Welcome guests with smooth check-ins and check-outs</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309">Give fun, informative briefings so they feel ready for the road</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309">Support renters throughout their journey with confidence and care</li>

<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p>

<li>You hold a full driving licence</li>
<li>You’re happy working weekends</li>
<li>You’re confident speaking with customers</li>
<li>You enjoy being hands-on with vehicles</li>
<li>You’ve got a sharp eye for detail</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Working Schedule: </strong>Monday - Sunday, 5 days/40 hours per week.</p>
<p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Fixed Term Contract to 31st October 2026</p>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> £26,500 per annum</p>
