We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join one of the most forward-thinking and successful estate agencies in the region. This role would suit an ambitious and experienced property professional who is confident in winning instructions, building a local presence, and managing their own diary with autonomy and trust.

The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Build and develop the agency’s profile across your designated local area


• Conduct market appraisals and valuations to win new instructions


• Make strategic decisions around marketing and canvassing to grow brand presence


• Build strong relationships within the local community to generate referrals and repeat business


• Manage your own listings from valuation through to completion


• Work closely with Sales Negotiators, Sales Progressors, and back-office teams to ensure smooth sales progression


• Take ownership of your diary and workload, operating with autonomy and flexibility

• 2–3+ years’ estate agency experience (Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator level)


• Proven track record of winning instructions


• Strong knowledge of the local property market


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills


• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven mindset


• Full UK driving licence

• Basic salary of £27,500


• Realistic £50,000–£65,000+ uncapped OTE
