Basic Salary: Competitive (DOE)

On Target Earnings: £45,000

Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking a driven and motivated Property Valuer to join their flagship branch in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing team, where you’ll play a key role in winning new business and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.


• Generate new and repeat business opportunities.


• Conduct accurate property valuations and win new instructions.


• Market properties effectively using a range of marketing techniques.


• Manage the sales process through to completion.


• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.


• Prepare property details including brochures and descriptions.


• Proactively canvass the local area to generate leads.


• Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards.

• Experience within estate agency, ready to step into a valuing role.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business.


• Ability to support and positively influence team performance.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.


• Good IT skills including Microsoft packages.


• Full UK driving licence.

• Uncapped commission structure with £45,000 OTE.


• Company car or car allowance.
