This Is Not Just Another Valuer Role An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Residential Surveyor to join a long-established and highly respected national surveying practice in a genuine partner-level capacity.

This is not a traditional employed corporate surveying role focused purely on volume and KPIs.

The Role

The successful candidate will undertake a varied workload including:

• Residential mortgage valuations


• Red Book valuations


• HMO and specialist buy-to-let valuations


• Level 2 & Level 3 surveys


• Private client valuation work


• Relationship development with local agents, brokers, solicitors and professional contacts

The role is home-based with significant flexibility and autonomy.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should ideally possess:

• MRICS or FRICS qualification


• RICS Registered Valuer status


• Strong residential valuation experience


• Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability


• The ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively


• Strong technical reporting standards
