Valuation and Consultancy Surveyor

Role Overview

We’re recruiting for a qualified surveyor to work from our Bath, and potentially Bristol, offices, providing rural and residential consultancy advice to a wide range of clients. The focus will be on valuation work, but we also provide compulsory purchase services, general rural and residential property advice and expert witness reports. Key requirements are MRICS qualified, RICS Registered Valuer, excellent written, numerate and technical skills, attention to detail and business development skills.

Team Overview

Savills Southern Consultancy team is based in our Bath, Salisbury, Winchester, Petworth and Sevenoaks offices. We provide valuation and consultancy services across central southern England. Our clients include banks, solicitors, private clients, local authorities and charities. The team numbers nine, with two of those in Bath (together with rural management colleagues).

Recruitment agencies

Savills only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place and that agency has been previously contacted and directed by a member of our recruitment team.
