About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Managerto support planning, coordination, governance, and successful delivery of projects from initiation through to close\-out.
The successful candidate will manage project plans, budgets, risks, reporting, documentation, and change\-control processes while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This role will also support the continued development and improvement of PMO processes, templates, and reporting standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As Project Delivery Manageryour core responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and maintain Project Management Plans, schedules, milestones, delivery roadmaps, and supporting appendices.
- Support project initiation, including scope definition, requirements gathering, resource planning, and the establishment of project controls.
- Coordinate cross\-functional teams and maintain alignment across project workstreams.
- Prepare clear project status updates, progress reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project budgets, forecast expenditure, and highlight any variances.
- Coordinate the assessment, approval, and implementation of change requests.
- Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks and issues, supporting the implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant governance frameworks, quality standards, audit requirements, and organisational procedures.
- Support project delivery from initiation through to completion, including handover and close\-out activities.
- Facilitate project reviews, lessons learned, final reporting, and the completion of project documentation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes, templates, reporting tools, and delivery standards.
- Maintaining a culture of continuous improvements across all aspects of the working environment and projects.
- To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, additional tasks and responsibilities will form part of this role as it evolves.
- Training will be provided to fulfil the requirements of your role, your participation in all essential training will be required.
- Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ project management or PMO experience.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, change control, and reporting.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisational, and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or reporting software.
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities, construction, or professional services is desirable.
- A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or APM, is advantageous.
