UX/UI Designer
Are you skilled at designing digital products and user journeys? Do you have experience with creating sharp and scalable layouts? Then you might be the person we're looking for as a UX designer for our popular platform CashbackmedVisa.dk.
Loyalty Key is a Nordic leader in the development and operation of digital loyalty solutions for the financial sector. In collaboration with Visa, we have launched cashbackmedvisa.dk, which we expect to become Denmark's largest loyalty program. To continue to develop our products and be the first mover in the loyalty market, we need a skilled UX/UI designer \- a true user\-centered expert with experience in building and scaling the next generation of web applications.
For us, it goes without saying that you have a firm grasp of best practices and understand how to develop a design system that is optimized to be used for designers and developers. We also look for a match with personal qualities we value: good collaboration skills, result\-oriented and proactive.
You'll be part of a strong company of 40 people, headquartered right between Østerport and Nordhavn station. Here, we all work towards the same goal: to stay ahead of customer needs and execute on them. You will work within the IT department, a team of currently 8 employees, where we strive to create a good framework, an informal atmosphere and a spirit where we can make independent decisions, but work together as a team.
It is a requirement that you have a residence and work permit in Denmark.
We are looking for a creative person with user interaction skills and a good understanding of the customer journey and digital design. You must have a relevant degree in digital graphic design and at least 3 years of experience in product development. In addition to this, it is important that you meet the following requirements:
- Design Tools: Proficient in tools like Figma and understand front\-end technologies.
- Creative Design: Create designs and mockups following our brand guidelines.
- Component Design: Design reusable components for a scalable design system.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing for insights.
- Interaction Design: Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with cross\-functional teams and communicate clearly.
- Expert in Figma or Sketch.
- Experience with design systems and building components for interfaces.
- Experience with wireframes and prototypes.
- Knowledge of information architecture and responsive design.
- Knowledge of analyzing user feedback and adoption data.
- Can work both independently and in teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicates clearly and effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Have a portfolio that shows your experience with UX design and UI interfaces.
- You have a proactive approach to problem solving and to your regular tasks.
