TMC Luxembourg is looking for a UX/Product Designer (M/F) for one of its clients.

You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams in an Agile environment to turn user needs and business objectives into impactful, high\-quality design solutions. You will drive a user\-centered design approach across products and features, ensuring they meet intended customer outcomes. You will also help evolve the design system by improving existing components or creating new ones to maintain visual consistency and a unified brand identity across all digital channels. In addition, you will conduct user research and usability testing to collect insights and continuously refine the user experience, ensuring consistency, coherence, and responsiveness across all platforms, devices, and screen sizes.

What we expect from you
---------------------------

• More than 4 years of experience as a UX Designer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing delivered projects and practical contributions to user\-centered design solutions.


• Solid expertise across the full UX design lifecycle, from user research and ideation through concept development, prototyping, validation, and final implementation.


• Proven experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions.


• Strong background in interaction design, visual design, and both low\-fidelity and high\-fidelity prototyping.


• Experience designing web\-based software and applications is a strong advantage.


• Proficient in design tools such as Figma.


• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and work in a structured, proactive, and autonomous manner.
