- Manage the operation and maintenance of utility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor energy consumption and work towards efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to support manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Oversee contractors and ensure timely completion of utility-related projects.
- Carry out regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on utilities performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the utilities function.
A successful Utilities Supervisor should have:
- Experience in utilities management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

- The ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.
- Technical expertise in utility systems and processes.
- A salary of £40k.
