Used Cars Operations Specialist, Central Europe (m/w/d)

What to Expect
In this role, you will be liaising with teams at Certified Pre\-Owned sites, delivery hubs service teams as well as be customer\-facing to private individuals and business accounts in terms of vehicle trade\-ins, vehicle purchasing \& TFS vehicle returns. This role will involve driving vehicle purchasing from auction \& finance partners, incoming vehicle analysis and pipeline management, accurate data processing and reporting. Additional duties will include supporting the Used Car Operations team wider on vehicle logistics, readiness \& listing aspects. The successful candidate will need to have exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. They must also be able to work collaboratively with different teams and be comfortable in a fast\-paced environment. This role will play a critical part in the success of Tesla's Used Car Operations.

What You'll Do* Intake management, from intake creation through validation, documentation, and listing across Central Europe Markets.

• Operational flow assurance for all Certified Pre\-Owned in the region


• Market training, when there are updates in the operational flow, markets have to be formally informed, for the correct alignment.


• Coordinate cross\-channel communication. Own email inboxes, group chats, and customer communications, managing escalations independently and on time.


• Refurbishment pipeline handling, review cases, approve estimates, track missing services, sync in our tools, and escalate quality issues when needed.


• Handle country\-specific documents requirements for financed and non\-financed cases.

• Ability to analyse and extrapolate data independently.


• Great problem\-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive.


• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.


• Positivity, enthusiasm, and a passion towards the mission of Tesla.


• Confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies.
