Pay: £37,500 with a £25,100 bonus opportunity \- £62,600 OTE PA

Working hours: Monday Friday 08:00 \- 18:00 with alternative weekends and a day off every week \- 42\.5 hour per week

About the role...

As a New Car Showroom Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our sales operation and delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the prestige of the JLR brand. You'll be responsible for inspiring and developing a high\-performing sales team, driving showroom performance and ensuring every customer receives a first\-class experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Working closely with the wider dealership management team, you'll have the opportunity to influence performance, develop talent and contribute to the continued success of one of the UK's leading JLR retailers.

Your key responsibilities will include...

Leading, motivating and developing a team of Sales Executives, creating a high\-performance culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets
Managing the customer journey within the showroom, ensuring every interaction is professional, engaging and aligned with the standards of a premium automotive brand
Coaching and mentoring the sales team on product knowledge, sales processes, customer engagement and best practice techniques to maximise performance and customer satisfaction
Driving sales performance through effective lead management, opportunity conversion and continuous monitoring of individual and team objectives
Overseeing the daily operation of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming, organised and visually appealing environment for customers and colleagues alike
Maintaining exceptional vehicle presentation standards and ensuring all merchandising and manufacturer guidelines are adhered to
Managing vehicle handover processes and ensuring all associated documentation is completed accurately and compliantly
Monitoring stock presentation and inventory processes to support operational efficiency and maximise sales opportunities
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Sales, Aftersales and the wider dealership team to deliver a seamless customer experience

Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Business Manager or Showroom Manager position within a franchised dealership environment would be highly advantageous.

A full UK driving licence is essential, and all successful candidates will be subject to satisfactory DBS and reference checks.

Pay: £37,500\.00\-£62,600\.00 per year
