The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced, motivated Used Car Sales Executives to help drive our continued growth. If you thrive in a fast\-paced environment, love working independently and as part of a team, and you’re hungry to maximise your earnings, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
You’ll be backed by a supportive management team, one\-to\-one sales coaching from Management and Product Account Managers, and a trusted brand with over 53 years of success behind it. This isn’t about pressure; it’s about giving you the tools, the stock, and the structure to earn serious money.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and guiding customers through the buying journey
- Using a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Presenting finance options, warranty, paint protection, and ceramic products
- Working toward and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Selling high volumes of vehicles whilst maintaining consistently high levels of add\-on products to maximise PPU
- Building long\-lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Collaborating with a friendly and professional team to hit shared goals

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of car sales experience (Motor Trade essential)
- A confident, customer\-focused approach with great people skills
- Self\-motivated, results\-driven, and optimistic mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, target\-led environment
- Comfortable selling high volumes of vehicles and consistently achieving high levels of add\-on products
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- A true team player with a willingness to learn and grow
- Full UK driving licence required
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
