<p>As a <strong>Talent Acquisition Partner</strong> at Parloa, you’ll play a key role in supporting our ambitious growth plans across the U.S. and beyond. You’ll operate at the heart of our growth engine, driving hiring with speed, focus and consistency.</p>
<p>This role is built for someone who enjoys execution, thrives in fast-moving environments and takes ownership of delivering strong hiring outcomes. You won’t just fill roles, you’ll help us scale the team that’s building the future of AI-driven customer experience.</p>
<h2>Areas of ownership:</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own full-cycle recruiting</strong> across GTM and Product roles, with a focus on building high-talent-density teams at scale</li>
<li><strong>Partner closely with hiring managers</strong> to move searches forward quickly, aligning on priorities, profiles, and decision making</li>
<li>Build and maintain <strong>high-quality, high-volume pipelines</strong> through proactive sourcing, market mapping and targeted outreach</li>
<li>Deliver against key recruiting metrics, including <strong>retention, time-to-fill, pipeline conversion</strong> and offer acceptance rate</li>
<li><strong>Operate with urgency</strong>, balancing speed and quality to consistently land strong hires in competitive markets</li>
<li>Create a smooth, <strong>engaging candidate experience</strong> from first touch through close, </li>
<li>Apply <strong>structured and inclusive hiring practices</strong> to support consistent decision-making</li>
<li><strong>Contribute to evolving recruiting workflows</strong>, tools, and processes to support scale and improve efficiency over time</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who you are:</h2>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a <strong>startup or high-growth (scale-up) environment</strong></li>
<li>A <strong>proven track record of hitting hiring goals</strong> and delivering against key recruiting metrics</li>
<li><strong>Strong data literacy</strong>, with the ability to use insights to guide decisions and improve funnel performance</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like <strong>Greenhouse and Ashby</strong></li>
<li>Demonstrated experience <strong>sourcing candidates in competitive markets</strong></li>
<li>Strong organization and ability to <strong>manage multiple roles </strong>in parallel</li>
<li>Clear communication skills and a <strong>collaborative, team-first mindset</strong></li>
<li>A <strong>bias toward action</strong> you move fast, stay focused and get things done</li>
<li><strong>Based in New York</strong> and able to work from the <strong>office 2–3 days per week</strong><br><br></li>
