US Corporate Tax Manager - Funds I'm currently working with a leading global professional services firm to recruit a US Corporate Tax Manager into its specialist Funds team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading US tax practice with a strong reputation in the alternative asset space, advising some of the most prominent private equity, credit and asset management clients.

The Role • Manage a portfolio of US corporate and partnership fund clients

• Oversee compliance across: • US corporate tax filings


• Partnership returns and investor reporting


• Provide advisory support on: • Fund structuring and cross-border investments


• US tax implications of global investment strategies


• Investor-level considerations


• Work closely with international teams to deliver integrated cross-border solutions


• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact


• Support and develop junior team members

What We're Looking For • Strong experience in US Corporate Tax, ideally within funds or asset management

• Exposure to partnership taxation, private equity or investment structures


• Qualifications such as CPA, EA, or equivalent


• Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements


• A commercial mindset with an interest in advisory and structuring work
