URGENT Healthcare assistant needed in Nursing Home (CM9) – weekly pay - (WE DON'T OFFER SPONSORSHP)

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants / Care Assistants to work in a nursing home in the CM9 6LF area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a nursing home, care home, or domiciliary care


• Confident with personal care and supporting elderly residents


• Clear verbal and written communication in English


• Caring, reliable, patient, and professional


• Able to work well as part of a team


• Mandatory training certificates preferred


• DBS preferred

Main duties:

• Support residents with personal care


• Assist with mobility, meals, and daily living needs


• Report any concerns to senior staff or nurses


• Maintain dignity, respect, and good care standards
