Executive Assistant to CEO
An ambitious and growing textiles business with operations across the UK, Netherlands, and Pakistan is looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to become a key support to it's CEO.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, takes ownership, and can keep multiple moving parts aligned across an international operation.
The Role
You will act as the MD’s right hand, ensuring all business needs are managed seamlessly. From coordinating international travel to keeping communication flowing across multiple regions, you will play a critical role in keeping the business running efficiently.
Key Duties Include:
- Managing a busy and ever-changing diary across business and personal commitments
- Overseeing and responding to 4 active email inboxes, ensuring nothing is missed
- Coordinating international travel, including flights, accommodation, and visa arrangements
- Liaising with teams in the UK, Netherlands, and Pakistan on a daily basis
- Supporting operational flow, ensuring shipments and logistics stay on track
- Acting as a central point of contact to maintain organisation and momentum
- Attending the Bromsgrove office weekly and visiting the Star City warehouse as required
- Experience supporting at Director or senior leadership level
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and stay ahead of tasks
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working at pace
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with international stakeholders
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- High proficiency in Urdu
- Flexible approach to travel and working across multiple locations
