About The Window Doctor
The Window Doctor is the Midlands’ leading window and door repair specialist, providing customers with a cost\-effective alternative to replacement.
We repair and replace:
- Window hinges and locks
- Glass units
- Door mechanisms
- Handles and hardware
- uPVC window and door components
The Role
This is a field\-based role visiting customers in their homes, diagnosing faults, quoting work, and completing repairs.
You will:
- Diagnose faults on uPVC windows and doors
- Measure glass units and components
- Produce accurate quotes using our tablet system
- Confidently discuss pricing and convert quotations into work
- Complete repairs to a high standard
- Manage your daily workload efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Represent the company professionally
