In the heart of Bexley, a fantastic SEN School are on the hunt for multiple Unqualified Teaching Assistants (Level 3) for ASAP starts.

What shall you be doing as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant (Level 3)?

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.

  • Support pupils with Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour.

  • Maintain a calm, structured and nurturing classroom.

  • Support personal care and daily routines where required.

  • Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and engagement.

  • Build trusting and positive relationships with pupils.

  • Work closely with teachers and wider SEN professionals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • ASAP start

  • £105 - £120 per day

  • Full-time, long-term contract

  • Excellent support from experienced teaching and SEN staff

  • Specialist training and professional development provided

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience supporting children and young people with SEN is highly desirable.

  • Experience working with pupils with Autism or complex additional needs would be an advantage.

  • A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people with additional needs.

  • A patient, nurturing and empathetic approach.

  • Flexible, initiative-driven and responsive to individual needs.
