Spencer Clarke Group is working in partnership with a number of welcoming secondary schools across Blackpool who are looking for confident and enthusiastic Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable experience within secondary education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task.
- Support the learning and development of students across a range of subjects.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a high standard of education and care.
- Adapt confidently to different school environments and year groups.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience working with children or young people is preferred, but not essential.
- Confidence and enthusiasm when supporting secondary-aged students.
- A genuine interest in education and personal development.
- Flexibility and reliability to cover short-term and long-term placements.
- Competitive daily pay of £110-£130.
