Today, we are looking for an exceptional person to strengthen our Finance Department.
As part of its continued development and strategic continuous improvement initiatives, Pairi Daiza is looking for an experienced Finance Project Leader to lead digitalisation, automation and improvement projects, particularly in relation to accounting and financial processes.
This role is part of the ongoing transformation of our Finance function, with the aim of modernising existing tools, strengthening internal procedures and improving the operational efficiency of our teams.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate and successfully deliver Finance projects, including digitalisation, automation and process optimisation
- Audit and document existing internal procedures and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
- Contribute to identifying issues and implementing appropriate solutions
- Define and structure projects: scope, planning, risk management and stakeholder management
- Coordinate cross\-functional teams (Purchasing, Accounting, Operations, HR and IT) and provide regular reporting to Finance Management and General Management
- Support the implementation of new digital tools and train internal teams
- Ensure projects are successfully delivered in line with deadlines, objectives and agreed requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Management or equivalent
- At least five years of experience, including solid project management experience, ideally in transformation, digitalisation or process improvement projects
- Finance expertise: good knowledge of accounting procedures
- IT and digital skills: proficiency in digital tools such as ERP systems, BI/reporting solutions, automation tools (Power Automate, RPA or equivalent) and AI
- Knowledge of EASI accounting software is a significant asset
- Ability to lead cross\-functional projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in French and English is essential
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, ability to share knowledge, autonomy, leadership and the ability to engage teams around projects
