<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Follow-up on orders to ensure their successful delivery within customer expectations.</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Lead open order management, ensuring that open orders are delivered to the customer expediently and accurately</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Confirm that all invoicing activity is taking place in a timely and accurate manner</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Take a proactive role with problem resolution at the customer and supplier levels</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Learn about the programs available at our major vendor suppliers in order to source products via the most advantageous price to ePlus</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Assist customers with Returns issues, order inquiries, and any other requests for information</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Develop successful relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Assist with quoting</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Offer add-on opportunities to our customers such as warranty uplifts, service agreements, accessories, or supplies</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Use proper decorum in all communications with customers both internal and external</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Projects and additional responsibilities as needed or assigned</li>
