• Proven experience in social media management or content creation, preferably within a digital marketing environment.


• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives.


• Knowledge of public relations principles and best practices for online reputation management.


• Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.


• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.


• Experience in using content creation tools and editing software is desirable but not essential.
