- Prepare wheels for painting and execute high-quality spray finishes
- Remove, repair, balance, and refit tyres accurately and efficiently as a Tyre Fitter
- Operate specialist wheel refurbishment machinery with precision
- Manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes and provide excellent customer care
- Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are handled safely, meticulously maintained, and kept clean
- Adhere to health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times
- Proven experience in vehicle tyre fitting and alloy wheel refurbishment or light vehicle SMART repair work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Commitment to health and safety standards
